KASCO Developments unveils debut residential project in Business Bay
ONDA is part of KASCO’s plan to develop 1 million square feet of residential space by 2025
KASCO Developments has officially announced the launch of its debut project ONDA in the heart of Business Bay, Dubai. With a firm focus on well-being and innovative living, this 23-floor freehold community marks KASCO’s entry into Dubai’s real estate sector, with plans to develop and sell 1 million square feet of residential space by 2025.
ONDA will offer a total of 348 residences, comprised of 85 studios with a minimum size of 449 sq ft, 190 one-bedroom units ranging from 848 sq ft, 69 two-bedroom units with a minimum size of 1246 sq ft, and 4 exclusive three-bedroom units starting at 3025 sq ft.
The three-bedroom apartments on the top floor will include private pools, offering a rare and luxurious living experience with breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline. This unique feature aims to elevate the wellness and lifestyle offerings for residents, combining cutting-edge design with health-centric living.
KASCO Developments has made well-being a central theme of the ONDA project. The building will be equipped with state-of-the-art wellness hubs and fitness facilities, including an advanced gym, a running track, and a premium spa featuring a cold plunge and sauna. Additionally, ONDA will offer both indoor and outdoor swimming pools giving residents the flexibility to enjoy fitness year-round.
